Downlad a free Flash Encoder from Adobe website

 

Visit this page:  http://www.adobe.com/products/flashmediaserver/flashmediaencoder/

 

 

 

Click on the version you need, according to your OS (Windows or Mac version)

 

Create an account at Adobe and download the program:  Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2

 

Install it on your computer.

 

Open the live flash encoder, then open the profile file, you have received from LiveGiving support.

 

Adjust the Audio and Video sources for your live event. 

 

You can modify the quality of the stream, but it's not recommended.
